These days there are many ways to buy a vehicle and many ways to sell
them. Cars that are nearly new, like new and even better than new are
being sold on web based services, used car lots, parking lots, and lots of
other places. There is a growing trend with cars being sold via
consignment and our site helps you to explore it.
We have been out there searching the information to help us make the right
buys and come out feeling like a winner when we purchase a new to us
automobile. It was brutal for us to find the info that we wanted. We tried
some manufacturers sites and were pleased to find great information there
but all from their point of view.
What was needed was some other point of view and we started to search the
web for it. At first we just could not get around opening site after site
of just garbage. Nothing to tell us from an impartial viewpoint which car
was better and why.
After a couple hours of this searching we learned to search better and how
to spot sites in the search results that were not so worthwhile. Then we
found some great sites like edmund.com and consumerreports.org. There were
other sites that we bookmarked and used a few times.
We found sites that had auto dealer listings for all states and other
similar listings that were helpful to us. We were learning to search the
web and finding it rewarding as we found more links to consignment auto
sales and even ways to buy cars online.
Eventually over the past few years we learned to use the Internet to our
advantage in buying used and new cars. We have found many interesting
angles on used car buying including online auctions. We would never be
able to learn all we have without having to purchase books, magazine
subscriptions and spending a lot of time driving to car lots. Our last car
we ordered and had delivered.
During this process we kept a lot of notes and worked with a close friend
to build this site. We are pleased to offer our experience and resources

on this site. It is intended to convey useful resource links, listings of
U.S. companies that sell cars and other helpful information.
